Isi artikelArticle discusses business process reengineering to improve the performance of the supplying process of the XYZ company. The supplying process in this research is defined as process starting from receiving purchase order from the customers until product delivery and facture delivery to the customers. The result shows that by doing process reengineering of custimer order supplying, it will make the supplying time to fullfill the order incerased by 55.68 %.
