The purpose of this research is to examine the effect of Organizational Commitment with Turnover Intention through Organizational Cohesiveness as Intervening variable in Sentra Medika Hospital. In this research, there are three variables, the first one is Organizational Commitment as independent variable, second and third consecutively are Turnover Intention as dependent variable, and Organizational Cohesiveness as intervening variable. Type data that use by researcher are primary and secondary data. Population for this research is all the employee of Sentra Medika Hospital and sample that used was 80 respondent where selected with convenience sampling method. This research used multiple regression for analysis.There are four conclusion of this research first there is significant negative effect from Organizational Commitment to Turnover Intention. Second is Organizational Commitment have significant positive effect to Organizational Cohesiveness. Third is Organizational Cohesiveness have significant negative effect to Turnover Intention. And the last is Organizational Commitment have significant effect to Turnover Intention through Organizational Cohesiveness as intervening variable for Sentra Medika employee. |
