This study aims to determine the effect of work environment, workload and turnover intention on employee performance CV Makmur Jaya Engineering. The research method used is survey research method and data collection method with observation, interview, questionnaire and literature study. The population in this research is all employees of CV Makmur Jaya Engineering which amounted to 23 people, with sampling technique of saturated, so that all member of population used as research sample. Data tabulation method used is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) based on variant, namely Partial Least Square (PLS); Using SmartPLS 2.0 software. The results showed that the work environment had a negative and significant effect on turnover intention, but had a positive and significant effect on the performance; Workload has a positive and significant impact on turnover intention, but has a negative and significant effect on performance; And turnover intention have a negative and significant effect on performance. This research also comes with managerial implications with improvement priorities for work environment variables. This is because the work environment variables have the first greatest significance level of performance (8.247); And work environment variables have the second largest significance level of turnover intention (8.138); So it is expected that with improvements in work environment variables will reduce the level of turnover intention and improve the performance of CV Makmur Jaya Engineering. |
