In this research, good corporate governance use the percentage of the independent the board of commissioners, percentage constitutional ownership, and the amount of audit committee. Profit growth calculated by subtracting net profit the period now a net profit of (net income) the previous period then compared with net income the previous period. The ratio activity used in this research that is total assets turnover ratio. Total assets turnover ratio is the ratio that is indicative of the ability assets company in producing sales. The ratio it uses sales as numerator and the total assets as the denominator. Calculated by comparing sales with a total assets. Return stock is the difference between the amount received and the amount in investing, divided by the number of invested. In this research used calculation realized return over the total return. Total return constitute a whole of an investment in a period of certain. Consisting of capital gains and dividends yield The samples to this research is manufacturing companies who listed on the Indonesian stock exchange during the period 2011-2015, use rupiah in the financial reports, having the end of accounting year 31st December in the financial reports, and reported net income and operating income respectively for five years the period research ( 2011-2015 ).Analysis data using linear regression multiple.
