Abstract
Job satisfaction an employee is one who becomes a factor in the sustainability of the business at a particular company. The company must continue to make improvements to meet the job satisfaction of its employees so that employees in those companies experiencing comfort in work. Since the year 2012 is currently Indonesia are enjoying demographic bonus. Demographic bonus is a condition in which a nation or State has a population of productive age ratio greater than a non productive age population. This research was conducted to find out the factors that must be prioritized in the fulfillment of job satisfaction employees working less than 1tahun by using a model canoe and Importance Grid Analysis (IGA). Factors that must be prioritized the most important of which are: a co-worker, supervisor, facilities, teamwork, work, salaries, work environment, job training, work scheduling, the system of work, hours of work, and the workload.
