English Course has the most numerous as much as 27% from the total of 58 types of courses. The British Institute is one of those English Course that has branches spreaded across 9 cities in Indoensia and has 3 branches in Jakarta. This research take place in TBI Kuningan that just moved from it previous location to Lotte Shopping Avenue. Various prombles that show up such ad the unavailability of books that we needed, the class that merged with different kind of levels, and the other prombles become concern for TBI. Service Quality that is not in accordance with these needs of the students cause dissatisfaction. Student’s loyalty grows from the service quality, trust, and satisfaction given by TBI Kuningan. Structural Equation Modelling and AMOS 22 are in this research. The result shows that satisfaction has an influence to to trust, but has no influence to satisfaction, trust has no influence to satisfaction and loyalty, and satisfaction has an influence to loyalty. Suggestions that given for TBI Kuningan are; held interesting events, providing various type of teaching and an online page to accommodate students’s impression, reward system to the students that stay through many levels, and alwas updating TBI’s real information. |
