Abstract
The development of the internet today is supporting internet-based services to facilitate human being. Internet makes it easier for human to find things efficiently. One of the internet based online services that are currently developed is e-ticketing website. The emerging of the e-ticketing website is based on great demands by people, so the company that provides e-ticketing services needs to improve their website to fit in. The large number of e-ticketing websites that have sprung up leads to very intense competition among the service providers. Where from the number of websites that are currently being, still found many related sites of e-ticketing websites. Of the many types of online shop website, get three online shop website is quite popular by the public, namely Traveloka, Nusatrip, and Tiket.com.This research is intended to find out the usability value of each e-ticketing website tested and also give suggestion of improvement based on the lowest usability value of the three types of e-ticketing website. The usability attributes used by Nielsen, among others are learnability, memorability, efficiency, errors, and satisfaction. For learnability attributes, memorability, errors, and satisfaction are intended for non-users, while efficiency, errors, and satisfaction attributes are intended for users. Research also uses eye tracker tool to know the orientation of eye sight when using the website.The result of usability measurement was found that the Nusatrip e-ticketing website has the lowest usability value of 0.24, so it needs to be analyzed for the proposed improvement. The proposed improvement analysis is based on the principles of Human Computer Interaction (HCI) and some literature. Improvements made to the Nusatrip website include background and content changes, changes in the content layout of the website, the addition of fixed menus, eliminating the scroll on the website page. By making these changes improvements Nusatrip website can be used more effectively and efficiently than ever before.
