As time passes and noting growing population, the need for transportation continue to rise. People’s instant and fast lifestyle is supported by the development of communication and technology that increase smartphone and internet user especially in Indonesia. Many business using the technology development, one of them is online transportation that gives benefits to their users. However, as the time goes by, there are some dissatisfaction that the user’s felt, such as unattractive interface, difficulty when analysis to the online transportation applications with factors that affect the usability’s value. To identify the effect of the factors used in the research on usability in the online transport application, the design experimental factorial is used. Then, display-related analysis for all three online transport applications based on the principle of mobile interface and visual display. Based on the research result, efficiency attribute is influenced by interaction between factors (online transportation application type and online transportation type), learnability attribute is influenced by online transportation application type factor, memorability attribute is influenced by online transportation type factor, error attribute is influenced by user type factor, and satisfaction attribute is not influenced by other factors. The application that gets the highest usability value is Go-Jek with 639 value, the second is Grab with 620 value, and the last one is Uber with 614 value. Therefore, based on the research results, Go-Jek application has the highest usability value. |
