Abstract
PT Telekomunikasi Indonesia STO Bekasi Barat is a substain of PT Telekomunikasi Indonesia which engaged in the largest communication and network services in Indonesia. The problem that happened in PT Telekomunikasi Indonesia STO Bekasi Barat was IndiHome Fiber 100% sales in January - September 2016 which did not reach the company target which was 90%. This is influenced by the performance of the employees of PT Telekomunikasi Indonesia STO Bekasi Barat. It is interesting to examine whether the factors that cause employee performance of PT Telekomunikasi Indonesia STO Bekasi Barat. Less than optimal. In this study used the relevant theory of organizational culture, compensation, job satisfaction and employee performance. The research method used is interview, observation and questionnaire. Preliminary questionnaires will be tested valid and reliability test first using SPSS 22.0 software. A valid and reliable questionnaire will be used as a research questionnaire. The number of respondents in this study was 117 employees of PT Telekomunikasi Indonesia STO Bekasi Barat where using census techniques to be processed by path analysis. The steps in data processing are error normality test with liliefors test, homogeneity test with barlett test, significance test and linearity with analysis of variance anava, model testing and calculation of direct and indirect influence between variables. Based on the results of data processing obtained organizational culture has a direct effect on job satisfaction, compensation directly affect job satisfaction, organizational culture directly affect employee performance, compensation does not directly affect employee performance and job satisfaction affect employee performance. Through research in PT Telekomunikasi Indonesia STO Bekasi Barat expected further research the influence of compensation on employee performance must be accompanied by adequate knowledge and skills and further research to analyze employee performance beyond organizational culture factor, compensation and job satisfaction.
