CV. Tanjung Borneo Sejahtera is a company, which engaged in the construction and building that take place in Kalimantan. The increasingly fierce competition between construction company makes CV. Tanjung Borneo Sejahtera wants to be one of the leading company in this field and give the best result from the building project. However theres a lack when the company wanted to achieve the vision and mission. This things make CV. Tanjung Borneo Sejahtera to do continuous improvement inside the company. Performance from the worker affected various things, among others are company culture, employee engagement and motivation. Therefore trough this research is done by analysing the influence of company culture, employee engagement, to workers motivation and performance. The method that use for this is sutrctural equation model and using software LISREL program, through the analysis expected to be know that if the variable company culture and employee engagement influence or not to motivation and performance. If they have influenced, it can be seen how big the influence of these variables on the workers performance so that they could be an evaluation for the company. The result is that company culture and employe engagement is positive effect on motivation and performance, and motivation also giving a positive effect to performance. |
