Ms. Sarino is a home industry of "Jamu Gendong" (Herb) in Karangrejo, Banyuwangi. In the training of makig herb, they still use traditional way which 100% using by handmade, so the production is not optimal. Therefor, the demand of production is high enough. In this research, researcher creates the miling machine of herb appliance moved by motor dynamo to replace pounding process which takes time about 4 hour by day. The machine is modified for milling machine of herb that moved by motor dynamo can improve prosperity and advantage all producer of traditional herb. Data analysis counts the calculation of herb and comparison of result before and afteer usage of milling machine. From result of data analysis and calculation, it reachs 9 kgs/day and also easily to operating than by traditioal way. It also has good impact to enviroment and roundabout. The result of research concludes that usage of herb crusher machine assessed competent to be achieved and can improve profit until 111 % of production.
