Worked-related musculoskeletal disorders (WMSDs) are leading cause of disability and workers compensation. The ergonomic factor is one of causes that lead to work related musculoskeletal disorders. Objective. The aim of the study isto determine the association of the level of ergonomic risk factor to musculoskeletal disorders among garment workers in Bogor. Method. A descriptive analytic study with cross-sectional approach was done. This study carried out in district of Bogor and located at Garment factory on December 2015. Ergonomic risk level was assessed with Rapid Entire Body Assessment (REBA) questionnaires. Musculoskeletal disorders ware assessed with Nordic body map questionnaires. All of the 61garment workers were examined. Results. The bivariate analysis showed a significant association between the level of ergonomic risk to musculoskeletal disorders (p = 0.046).The characteristics of the respondents such as age and gender had association to musculoskeletal disorders (p=0.046) and (p=0.033), respectively.
