The high prevalence of skin disease in Jakarta showed high demand in health services. Objective: To find out the prevalence of skin disease in Dermatology and Venereology Clinics of Atma Jaya Hospital in 2010-2015 Based on Standar Kompetensi Dokter Indonesia 2012. Method: The data used in this cross sectional research was taken from Atma Jaya Hospital’s medical record in 2010-2015. The population of this research was all the patients that went to Atma Jaya Hospital in 2010-2015 and the sampling method that had been used was total sampling method. Result: 89% of skin disease was found in 4A competence category, 92% of skin disease was found in 3A competence category, 71% of skin disease was found in 3B competence category, 77% of skin disease was found in 2 competence category and 100% of skin disease was not found in 1 competence category.
