A research was intended to study the entrepreneurship level of graduates as Rural Development Dynamics realated to animal husbandry at rural area of west timor. The survey was managed at four groups of SP-3 coneentrated at Kupang, Timor Tengah Selatan (TTS), Timor Tengah Utara (TTU), and Belu. The result indicated that level of entrepreneurship of graduates was low as well as their technical knowledge of animal husbandry. The technical knowledge was main determinant factor influencing low level of entrepreneurship of graduates. Also, their perceptions to entrepreneurship of animal husbandry were good enough and positive. However, not all of members have a full respect to inherent person's position as rural development dynamics. It was also found that animal husbandry is not able to provide a real profit yet to the members of SP-3 as rural entrepreneur.
