This research aims to test and analyze: (1) the influence of ROI, current ratio, DER, EPS, and firm size cash dividend in simultaneously, (2) the influence of ROI, current ratio, DER, EPS, and firm size cash dividend in partially. The kind of this research is descriptive-verificationby using event study method. This research is conducted on non-financial firms listed at Indonesian Stock Exchange in period of 2005-2008. This research is conducted by using 26 sample based on purposive random sampling method. The data then is analyzed and the hypothesis is tested by using regression linear analysis method. The result of the research and the hypothesis testing show that: (1) ROI, current ratio, DER, EPS, and firm size simultaneously and significantly influence cash dividend; (2) ROI negatively and insignificantly influences cash dividend; (3) current ratio negatively and insignificantly influences cash dividend; (4) DER positively and insignificantly influences cash dividend; (5) EPS positively and insignificantly influences cash dividend; (6) firm size positively and insignificantly influences cash dividend; through the other variable; (7) ESP is the most dominant variable influencing cash dividend compared with the other variable.
