Internet banking is one of banking services that can be used by customers for online transaction so they don't need to any bank's branches. The aim of this study is to determine the effect of TAM elements, computer self -efficacy, social influence, facilitating condition of the behavior intention to use internet banking that is mediated by trust to the Internet banking ABC using simple random sampling method. Empirical data is analized with of Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) method with 302 respondents of KCP Kemang ABC Bank customers who never use internet banking ABC. The proposed research model has achieved the condition of good fit (CFI, RMSEA) and acceptable fit (SRMR, NFI, AIC, CAIC, ECVI). From 15 hypotheses, 10 Hypotheses are accepted. The result showed that there are significant relationship between elements of TAM, computer self-efficacy, social influence, facilitating condition of the behavior intention to use internet banking is in mediation by the trust to the Internet banking ABC. The Major result is stated that customer's trust is important before the customer us internet banking. |
