This study aims to for measuring the extent to which factors such as motivation , organizations and softskill having influence of the performance of students .Performance referred to here is the achievement of a student of everything that focuses on the lecture . Of the 2012 respondents to research are always 193 respondents who are students the 2012 because this year the 2012 is the the end in a matter of study period 4 years and considered to have already had a wealth of experience that can measure from the study .Data processing was conducted using structural equation modelling with the program amos . The result of this research is motivation to have an influence on the performance of students, while organization and softskill have no influence on the performance of students. Model had been claimed fit through modification worth cmin / df of 1,193, RMSEA value of 0,032, GFI value of 0,929, chi-square value of 128,803, AGFI value of 0,899, TLI value of 0,969, and value CFI of 0,975.
