This situation shown by the contribution of fish protein to animal protein's consumption reach out 57%. As the demand of fish consumption is increasing, fish farming is need to be made as the source of fish supply. Nila fish is one of the best commodity that can be expanded for domestic or export market. The most important thing of fish farming is whether the fish farming is eligible to be done or not. In this final project we’ve conducted the research of business feasibility analysis of nila fish farming in Ponggang Village, West Java. From the results of data processing and analysis we know that from law aspect, business can be feasible with the permission of the village people, the documents of land’s legality and obligation to pay the costs in law aspect. From market aspect we can say that it is feasible because there is a demand and there still a lack of fish supply especially for nila fish in Ponggang Village and the neighborhood. From technical aspect we can say that it is feasible because the needs in fish farming process to support the production process can be fulfilled with the resource in Ponggang Village. From the management aspect we can say that it is feasible because it has an organized activity schedule and help the economy of Ponggang Village’s people by employing them. From financial aspect we can say that it is feasible for each criteria of Payback Period (PP) is gotten in second month, the result of Internal Rate of Return (IRR) is 100%, the result of Net Present Value (NPV) is Rp. 30.497.628.4 and the result of Profitability Index is 53.6. so that from the aspects of business feasibility we can conclude that business if eligible to be done Opini Anda Klik untuk menuliskan opini Anda tentang koleksi ini!
