This thesis is examined to understand the impact of leadership, motivation and organization culture towards employee satisfaction. The three mentioned variables has an essential contribution to employee satisfaction, especially within the management change towards globalization and decentralization. The problems faced by organization is high turnover that makes organization feels necessity to examine turnover reasons in reference to employee satifaction. A satisfied employee will not come and go from organization resulting changes in human resources planning, budgeting and contribution to effectiveness and efficiency. Population in this thesis is all employees amounting 541 employees from four countries, Indonesia, Nepal, Philipina, and Thailand. Sampling Techniques used is purposive sampling quota technique where samples are resulting to 117 respondents. Methodology for data collection is using closed questionnaire and internal documentation. Research was conducted from period from September 2015 to January 2016. Method in analyzing this thesis is multiple liniear regression. The regression resulting in following: Y = 4,313 + 0,323Xi + 0,151X2 + 0,495X3Research result shows that simultaneousuly leadership, motivation and organization culture has posititive impact and significant towards employee satisfaction. Howeverm, should we do the analysis partially, both leadership and organization culture has positive impact and significant towards employee satisfaction. However, motivation does not have positive impact and significant towards employee satisfaction. |
