Abstract
In various studies, it is stated that corporate culture and job satisfaction are two important factors related with organizational commitment. The purpose of the research is to investigate the relationship between corporate culture and job satisfaction with the employee' organizational commitment at the PT Daya Maha Berkarya. PT Daya Maha Berkarya is a company engaged in the field of advertising services. The study sample consisted of 67 individuals working as PT Daya Maha Berkarya employees. Data were collected by random sampling technique in order to meet the representation of each level of organization structure. The survey instrument is consisted of three sets of questionaire with five point Likert scale. The research data are analysed by using Simple Regression & Correlation and Muttiple Regression Analysis; to test the relationship and the impact of both variables Corporate Culture (X,) and Job Satisfaction (X2) jointly with the Organizational Commitment variables (Y). Results indicated that corporate culture and job satisfaction jointly has a significant relationship with organizational commitment.
