Persatuan Guru Republik Indonesia (PGRI) is an organisation of teacher in Indonesia. As an organisation profession that one of the objectives to increase prosperous of members is not have done. This case also have been felt of teacher in Tabalong that is looked in teacher perception that, the existence of PGRI still give benefit for member, but hope to increase the prosperous is not have done all, because teacher also give the critic into the performance of PGRI's committee.
