XYZ is a manufacturing company that processes raw materials into goods purchased from suppliers that have greater added value. Goods produced by PT. XYZ is a brake on the motor (2W) and cars (4W) and the brake (friction) are processed with the help of machines. The brakes are produced are divided into two types of disc brake and drum brake. System receipt of goods that occur in the PT. XYZ takes for each process of implementation. The design phase begins with the design of the data model and process model. From the results obtained on the receiving system given the proposed system produces real-time information for the shipment of goods. The information system proposals contained in xyz portal can help penginformasian raw material inventories have been coming to the PIC booking. This is done so that the absence of checks manually by PIC reservations and anticipate to avoid excess or a shortage of material. Their concept is more effective to provide information to all parts when the goods arrive.
