The Indonesian export goods abroad can still be influenced by the costs at port as one stop process transportation. There are fluctuations in the number of ship visits (units) and (GT) and then loading and unloading of goods traffic flows. The objective of this paper is to find out the performance and cost efficiency of the port so as to increase the competitiveness of exported goods which can increase the national income. The solution to improve operations management are in the field of human resources.
