The aim of this research is to determine the relationship among work motivation, training program and perception to career development with job satisfaction of the employee. The research was conducted at the PT. Dok & Perkapalan Kodja Bahari. The sample included 60 respondent selected randomly. It can be included that : 1. there is positive correlation between the work motivation and job satisfaction of the employee 2. there is positive correlation between the training program and job satisfaction of the employee 3. there is positive correlation between perception to career development and job satisfaction of the employee, the conclusion is a positive correlation between those three independent variables with job satisfaction of the employee.
