This study is tried to analyzing factors that determining financial decision on companies. The objective of this study is to examine whether tangibility, liquidity, profitability, sales growth, degree of operating leverage, and size of the companies can effect the financial decision of a companies, especially for automotive & component companies in 2010 – 2013. There are two types of analyzed that have been done in this studied, there are descriptive and statistical analysis of multiple linear using panel data. The result showed that all the independent variable in this study is jointly effect the financial decision about 35,25%, while 64,75% explain by other variable outside this study. From t test result, only sales growth that significantly had positive effect to financial decision. |
