This procurement agency tasked to bridge between the Booker with vendors of related goods providers. The problems that often arise in the procurement process is the time of procurement tend to be long. The pengaju also can not know the documents they had submitted had been to in which part, whether approved or not. The main goal of this research is to maintain quality and make improvements or continuous improvement in the process of procurement . The quality can be improved by increasing the ways to minimize time in the procurement process itself. DMAIC is used as a methodology to do continuous Improvement in BPPS Unika Atma Jaya. DMAIC method consists of the Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve, and Control. In the define identified anything that becomes a problem namely needs to be a clear separation of the procurement process, order an auction process that further clarified, and revisions to the form that is used for this. The measure carried out measurements regarding the length of time for each process. At this stage of analysis done on the causes of Analyze the problem by using the help method why analysis, fishbone diagram, a Diagram of the SIPOC and Value Stream Mapping. On stage is a stage where to Improve the process of adding the input or repair of any problems that exist. Last stages of control and about how to do the process control of the procedure that has been created. Based on the results of the research that has been conducted it is necessary business process Improvement in order to process that occurs at the time of the procurement of goods and services is more structured in accordance with the standards that have been created.
