Abstract
Along with the increasingly rapid growth of the industry, the competition is getting tougher among the similar industry. To win the competition companies need to improve employee performance. Improved performance can be improved through increased employee motivation and job satisfaction. This study aims to measure the level of motivation, and identify the influence on satisfaction and performance. The sample was 150 respondents employees PT.KMK GLOBAL SPORT. The sampling technique using purposive sampling method. Data were collected using a questionnaire with Likert scale. Before use questionnaire was tested for validity and reliability especially by using software SPSS 17. Validity and reliability tests conducted on 50 respondents. Measurement motivation using JDS (Job Diagnostic Survey) and to identify the effect of motivation on employee satisfaction and performance, the data is processed using the software AMOS 20. The results of the study indicate that employees PT.KMK GLOBAL SPORT pick motivation motivation tinggi.Variabel no significant effect on performance variables, motivational variables did not significantly influence the variable satisfaction, and satisfaction variables did not significantly influence the performance variables. So the advice given when seen from the results that the company should pay more attention to the quality of work of each employee as seen from the results of respondents on the performance indicators that have the smallest value is the quality of work, the company must also pay more attention to cooperation between employees because after looking at the output of the Full Model variable performance, value is the smallest construc K9 (there is good cooperation between employees).
