This study discusses the theory of planned behavior by considering trust and habits in analyzing the behavior of Starbucks customers in Jakarta. In this study, there are seven variables with five exogenous variables and two endogenous variables. The exogenous variables such as attitude, subjective norm, perceived behavioral control, trust and habits while the endogenous variables are intention and behavior. The data were processed by the structural equation modeling method. Theis study aims to know the correlation effect between all variables in this study model. there were 175 respondents who had been visited Starbucks and aged at least 18 years old asked to fill the questionnaire up. This study resulted that there are relations between perceived behavioral control with intention. There are four inputs about how to easily find and reach the coffee shop such as: by online appliction, delivery order, brochure and location mapping. |
