Health workers influence public antibiotic use. Methods : This research was a cross-sectional study conducted to 180 class of 2012 students and 200 class of 2014 students from Faculty of Medicine Atma Jaya, Pluit, North Jakarta. Questionnaire about rational antibiotic use adapted from Huang et al (2013). Data was analyzied bivariately. Result: Total respondents in class of 2012 was 159 and in class of 2014 was 162. Mean score of knowledge in class of 2012 was 11,8 and in class of 2014 was 11,38. Mean score of attitude in class of 2012 was 12,47 and in class of 2014 was 10,99. Mean score of practice in class of 2012 was 36,75 and in class of 2014 was 27,69. Significant differences seen between two groups in three variables (P = 0,000). Knowledge and attitude has better score than practice (p = 0,000). Conclusion : Significant differences sseen in knowledge, attitude, and practice score between class of 2012 and 2014. This research revealed a gap between knowledge and attitude with practice. Sample size should be increased and representative of the population to normalize data, enabling parametric statistic test.
