Handling health issues in Indonesia is still far from the target. In order to achieve Universal Health Coverage, on 1 January 2014 the Social Security Agency ( BPJS ) began operating as an organizer of the health program known as the National Health Insurance ( JKN ) which is expected to improve the health status of the people of Indonesia through the utilization of health facilities. Objectives. Knowing JKN ownership relationship with the utilization of health facilities in Rusunawa RW 6 Penjaringan , northern Jakarta Methodology. Analytic study with cross sectional approach. The study was conducted on citizens simple Flats Rent ( Rusunawa ) , RW 6 , Penjaringan , North Jakarta with a total sample of 139 people . Data collected by using questionnaires and interviews and analyzed using statistical program. Analysis of the data using Pearson Chi - Square test at the 95% confidence level ( a = 0.05 ). Results and Conclusion. Results of analysis with Pearson Chi - Square Test showed a significant correlation with the value of p = 0.036 ( p < 0.05 ) . This shows that ownership pamanfaatan JKN have an impact on health facilities. Suggestion. For the government , needs to be increased dissemination to the public so that all people become participants JKN and can attain Universal Health Coverage .
