The good management of live victim medical report at hospital is needed, because can increase quality services of hospital. The patient caused by criminal act is clinical forensic case. A doctor has obligation of law to examine the patient and make the medical report in the case of clinical forensic. A doctor need to see two aspect in the case of clinical forensic that is aspect of clinical and aspect of legal. That is needed to look for crimes evident, so that making of medical report can be more quality from legal aspect. A doctor as consultant clinical forensic is needed to diminish error in management of clinical forensic cases at hospital. There are two method as consultant of clinical forensic, that is method of full or partial. If a doctor has not be able determined the degree of injuries his patient, but the investigator has asked the medical report, so the doctor can make temporarily medical report. However, after the doctor has be able determined the degree of injuries his patient, he soon make continued medical report. If there is arrested person, we hope medical report can be finished is not more than twenty day. Then, we need to make report if there is evidence objects before that is given to investigator.
