In the previous research, Nepenthes rafflesiana had been proved inhibit the growth of Candida. This happen because Nepenthes substances being predicted that have anti fungal effect to Candida. Methods : that used in this research is disc diffusion and macrodilution in different concentration at 20%, 35%, and 50% and being repeated for three times. Result : There are significant difference of colony in macrodilution methods especially in 35% concentration, eventhough there’s no inhibiton zone in disc diffusion methods.
