Background: B cell non-Hodgkin Lymphoma consists of lymphoid neoplasm's which have heterogeneous clinical course and prognosis. According to WHO classification, lymphoma can be classified based on genetic, imunophenotyping, cell origin and morphology. To define diagnosis of B cell non-Hodgkin Lymphoma based on WHO classification, it need cytogenetic, molecular and immunohistochemistry examination. Immunohistochemistry examination is simpler than cytogenetic and molecular examination and can be done routinely. Objective: The objective of this article is to review the role of immunohistochemistry examination in B cell non-Hodgkin Lymphoma. Discussion and Conclusion: This article discuss about the role of immunohistochemistry examination in diagnosis, classification and prognosis of B cell non-Hodgkin Lymphoma. It is concluded that Immunohistochemistry examination using cluster differentiation, Bcl-2 and light chain immunoglobulin antibody can support the diagnosis and classification of B cell non-¬Hodgkin Lymphoma. CD5, CD10, Bcl-2 and BCL6 expression also can support in making definite prognosis of diffuse large B cell lymphoma
