Condyloma lesion with diameter size > 2,5 cm were classified as giant condyloma. The term giant condyloma often missed Bushke Lowenstein tumor. Objective: To differentiate between giant condyloma acuminate and bushke lowenstein tumor. Case: 20 years old male, with condyloma lesion on anal, sizes 5 cm x 2 cm x 2 cm. Acetowhite test gave a positive result. Biopsy result show a papilloma acuminata without excluded the possibility of condyloma. Diagnose were anal giant condyloma with differential diagnosis Bushke Lowenstein tumor. Treatment with 25% podofilin once, and followed by 80% trichlouracetic acid for five times, result in size reduction of the lesion become 1.7cm x 1.5cm x 0.6 cm. Conclusion: Giant condyloma acuminata have benign or destructive feature and often cannot be differentiate from clinical lesion. Bushke Lowenstein tumor is a variant of giant condyloma which growth destructive locally and no involvement of lymph node around or metastases. Definite diagnose were made based on multiple biopsy, tomography or MRI (Magnetic Resonance Imaging) examination. In this cases, lesion on the anal was a giant condyloma acuminata. Diagnoses of Bushke Lowenstein tumor still cannot be excluded yet.
