Parents serve as the most important component in it. However, parents' perception towards this kind of education is still not in line to that has been existed so far. The researcher is willing to find out about the perception. Method: the research is done by handing out questionnaire to the parents of students of Strada Santa Maria elementary school in Tangerang and Karitas elementary school in Purwokerto. Data are collected and analyzed through descriptive study and categorical comparative analytic. Result: There are 56.5 % respondents who understand the material taught in the reproduction health education. Those who think such education is necessary are 97.4%. Mostly the sources of information are from parents, teachers, and medical practitioners. There are 53.8% respondents who approve that the education is better given since elementary schools. The preferred things to be taught are the reproduction organ and the system. They are presented via pictures and verbal language. Conclusion: The perception of parents towards the education of reproduction health is that it should be given to elementary school students by their own parents especially focuses on the organ and reproduction system and presented with some pictures.
