Main characteristic of modern legal system is liberal-individualistic, rationalist-formal and uniformity. Formal rationalism engenders legalistic-positivistic legal thought, what majors in regulation and procedure so that the substantial justice is a long way off from hope, and many law and social phenomenon are unable to be finalized. According to that weakness, nowadays we can not go out from the trap of "buried of law", "emergency of law", "abnormal law", "crisis of law", and various other terms. Therefore, it is required a reorientation idea in transformation of legal study on deep ecology paradigm, this thinking of law is holistic and integrated.
