Good corporate governance is measured with indicators based on the principles of good corporate governance. Company's profitability is measured by using the ratio Return on Asset (ROA). Firm size and firm value is measured by using the natural logarithm (Ln) and Tobin's Q ratio. The sample of this study is 21 consumer goods manufacturing companies listed on Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) period 2010-2013 with total observation 84 companies. The data used are annual reports from Indonesian Capital Market Directory (ICMD) and Indonesia Stock Exchange website (www.idx.co.id). This research reveals that good corporate governance, have a not significant impact on firm value. Profitability and firm size have a significant impact on firm value.
