Background: Pasak Bumi has been traditionally used as aphrodisiac. This research was conducted to observe the effect of powdered pasak bumi at variaus doses an motility and abnormality of mice spermatozoa. Design and Methods: This experimental study was complete randomized design. We uses four doses of pasak bumi powder i.e 700 mg/kgBB, 1400 mg/kgBB and 2800 mg/kgBB. Parameters in this study were motility and abnormality of spermatozoa (%) and reproduction organ weight (g). Spermatozoa abnormatilty was observed by sperm smear method, while motility was observed as Ellyzar (1999) method. The results were analyzed with ANOVA with 95% in significantly. Results: The result showed difference in motility, abnormality of spermatozoa and reproductive organ among the treated group although statistically not significant (p > 0.05). Conclusion: The pasak bumi treatment at the dose of 700 mg/kgBB and 2800 mg/kgBB have not increase the motility and decrease the abnormality of mice spermatozoa yet
