Mahoni is one of medical herb that used to reduce fever I (antipyretics effect). This research want to prove antipyretic effect of mahoni'sseed infusion. This research used 24 female white rats as subject with age 2-3 month and weight 60-110g. This research was an experimental, included 6 ways of treating with 4 repetition. According to this research, it can be known that mahoni's seed infusion had antipyretic effect,this can be proved with measurement in different significant with Anovatest (p,O,05).Mahoni's seed infusion that have antipyretic action in this research was 0,063 mg/g, 0,126 mg/g and 0.252 mg/g weight of rat.
