| PT. Sari Hidup Sehat is a company that moves in the field of health. PT. Sari Hidup Sehat sell health supplements.There are problems in the sales management. Currently the company measures the performance of sales management focused only on financial, while nonfinancial not considered. The company still doesn’t have a system that can determine the components that can encourage the achievement of corporate objectives. Based on the problems, the research will do a study to determine the company’s performance and help the company to make decisions to achieve the company’s goals. A method that is used is sales performance management used balanced scorecard framework. The measures used among other identification of the vision and misions of the company, determination of the grand strategy, design the relation between strategies, design the Performance Measurement, and test the Performance Measurement. There are 2 designed Performance Measurement, Performance Measurement based on the elements and Performance Measurement based on relationship between strategies. Both scorecard is based on four elements contained in the sales performance management. The four element is readiness, productivity, efficiency and effectiveness. Both Performance Measurement can be used to measure the performance of PT. Sari Hidup Sehat. |
