Abstract
Evolution of Science and Technology has growing rapidly. Most growth from Science and Technology is smartphone. Rapidly growth was represent from base data of world smartphone shipping in Q1 2011. Canalys estimates said, Southeast asia is the biggest market in smartphone shipping, which is Indonesia as one part of southeast asia. Knowing user’s perspective is the most important side for the next smartphone development. Using Kansei Engineering Method, all indicator about smartphone will be shaped as factors which is represent superiority side of smartphone The research yielded two main factors. The factors are easily and entertainment. This factors used as main consideration for smartphone. User’s perspective said iOS was the most powerfull operating system in entertainment side and Android, Windows Phone were the best in easily. Factors from android operating system are easily, differences and physical capability. Factors from blackberry operating system are battery capability, entertainment, views and easily. Factors from iOS operating system are differences, easily, security, views and entertainment, Factors from windows phone are battery capability, views, easily, differences and entertainment.
