Abstract
The development of information in the era of globalization is characterized by the emergence of the Internet. and rapidly also influenced the development of Internet Technology Service Provider. Each company of Internet Service Provider (ISP) will continue to improve the quality of service itself. Good service will creating a good quality which is a long-term given the services of internet service providers in order to provide customer satisfaction so as to create trust and loyalty for customers. The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of any existing relationships to each construct. The sample used in this study is the customer First Media with a total of 230 respondents. Techniques used in sampling is a non probability sampling technique. Data processing is performed by using Structural Equation Modelling (SEM). If the results of this study have high probability of 0.05 is Service Quality affects Customer Perceived Value. Whereas if you have a 0.1 probability level is Service Quality affects Customer Perceived Value, Customer Satisfaction affects customer loyalty, and Customer Confidence affect customers. This model established acceptable and fit because it has meet many requirements in Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). The value of chi - Square of 36.542 is smaller than the chi square table at 69.83, the value of the probability level of 0.949 greater than 0.05, the value of CMIN / DF for 0.703 is less than 2:00, the value of RMR for 0.038 is less than 0, the value of GFI 0.977 is larger than 0.9, the value of AGFI for 0.959 is greater than 0.9, TLI value of 1,093 is greater than 0.95, the value of CFI 1.00 is greater than 0.95 and the value of RMSEA is less than 0.05.
