Children with cancer that receive chemotherapy may have many complication. One of them is disturbances on oral cavity, such as mucositis, stomatitis, and infection. This is caused by side effect of and decreased of children immunity due to chemotherapy and parent's awareness on oral cavity cleansing. The physician suppossed to do the assessment of oral cavity before children undergo chemotherapy. This assessment can show us which area that potentially to be infected. Oral cavity caring can be done by simple tooth brushing and gargling
