The objective of the research was to evaluate effect of participative training to increase skill of the Elementary School teachers in early detection and prevention of Helminthiasis. This is a quasi experimental research using pre test post test design. There were 22 samples consisted of 18 school teachers; 2 Supervisors, and 2 School Health Program Advisors from Negara District of Bali Province. Knowledge, attitude and skill were set as observed variables. Participative training was carried out to increase the skill. The result showed the knowledge of teachers, supervisors and advisors of Negara District School Health Program improved from 36.3% (pre test) to 72.7% (post test); mean value before training was 28.5 (sufficient category) and 34.09 (good category) after training. Participant's attitude before training for supporting early detection of Helminthiasis was 68.2%, while after training was 81.8%. Participant's skill in category skillful 27.3% (pre-test) improved highly to 77.3% (post test). The mean value of skill was 17.23 (category less skillful), Standard of Deviation 4.439, variation coefficient 25. 76 (pre training) and after training mean of skill was 21.32 (category skillful). The visiting frequency of School Supervisor increased from 4 times/month becoming 12 times/months to supervise early detection of Helminthiasis according to the fixed procedure, and to check health referral card. The Negara District School Health Program advisors increased their visiting frequency from once a month into twice a month, monitoring and evaluating School Health activities through Cluster VI meeting and controlling the implementation of the approved commitment agreement during training. The conclusion showed that the skill of teachers, supervisors and advisors before training in category less skillful transformed after training into skillful and highly skillful.
