Sample in this study consisted of 51 companies listed in the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) with a total of 153 companies observation unit for observation period 2011-2013. The data used in this research is secondary data in the form of annual reports and financial statements manufacturing company that has been published and posted on the website of the Indonesia Stock Exchange (www.idx.co.id) in 2011, 2012 , and 2013. The method used is multiple linear regression analysis were processed using SPSS version 22.0. Based on testing of multiple regression analysis showed that size of the company, profitability, and company’s growth has a significant influence on Corporate Social Responsibility Disclosure. As for the leverage does not have a significant impact on Corporate Social Responsibility Disclosure. Simultaneously or jointly size of the company, profitability, leverage, and company’s growth has significantly influence to the Corporate Social Responsibility Disclosure.
