on of the four main elemen of organizational knowledge creation is knowledge leadership. Knowledge leaders provides enabling condition conducive to knowledge creating process. Knowledge creating process cannot be managed in the traditional esense of management that centers on controling the flow of information. By providing several "enablers", however top and middle managers as "knowledge leaders" enable organization to actively and dynamical creates knowledge. The most important task for top anagers as knowledge leaders is to supervise i.e.,direct, promote, and justify, not control the SECI process by cheeking always whether the knowledge creating process at the organization level is heading toward the knowledge vision. This article will explain function of knowledge leader as a "locomotif " of knowledge based organization.
