Employees are an organization's greates resources, and creativity is theirs. Creativiity is the life force, the energy, that lead to profitability. Every human being is born with the potential to be creative. So, creativity in people and in their ideas is what produces the innovation so greatly needed in tyoday's workplace. Unfortunately, many leaders and managers have no idea how to tap into the great wealth of creativity that exist in the workplace. And the resons is of course, that most people only understand the myths build up around creativity and the creative individual, with no clue as to itspragmatic realisties. This article is aimed to explain assumption about creativity as one of the greatest assets in the worplace, then to explain creativity characteristics, sources and barriers of creativity in organization.
