Hero Supermarket, Tbk is one of the largest private company in Indonesia which is engaged in the retail industry. PT. Hero Supermarket, Tbk belong to the modern retail activity and has a subsidiary that is Hero, Giant Supermarket, Giant Hypermarket, Guardian and Starmart Minimarket. The Company distributes 68 product groups, in which one group of products consists of various types of products. The product obtained by the supplier and stored in a central warehouse that also serves as a distribution of goods (Distribution Center). The existence of the problems that occur are problems in the distribution system of PT . Hero Supermarket Tbk which often delayed the distribution of the product . This research will be conducted to prepare the proposed distribution system improvement PT . Hero Supermarket Tbk . This research uses Ant Colony , EMV Transport Model and Simulation Promodel . This research can be expected to obtain the optimal route without first grouping as in the previous research, obtaining the right time to do the distribution of products and time does not exceed the fleet driver working time and can reduce the cost of distribution results. Proposed distribution system generated by this research is this research have the optimal route through seeking Ant Colony Program with value distribution costs of Rp 34.349.4327.475 and distribution can be implemented on 06.00 WIB which correspond to the first time an alternative recommendation to time distribution. The value distribution costs in this research is smaller than the previous year's research.
