In these days, Small Medium Enterprises (SME) are believed to have an important role in economic growth. Furthermore, SME are expected to keep producing a good quantity and quality to satisfy consumer and the productivity in the SME itself. If it is reviewed from the output of the SME itself, productivity has a big impact in producing an excellent product in a massive amount.This research were done at Ira Silver which is located at Yogyakarta by measuring technology level which are available in that SME and finding a correlation between technology component and productivity. If the finding showed a positive correlation between technology component and SME’s productivity, productivity will be leveraged through technology component (technoware, humanware, infoware, dan orgaware) which are unfavorable in that SME. In this research’s result, by using technometric method it can be detemined that humanware and orgaware component showing a low score in state of the art.The result shown by SmartPLS software are also showing technology component has a positive correlation to productivity. In Significance result from SmartPLS, only humanware component; from four component; that has correlation to technology component. Throught this result, productivity enchancement could be done by fixing humanware component at Ira Silver so that state of the arts core in humanware component and productivity at Ira Silver can be increased.
