Abstract
Background. According to the World Health Organization, every year there are 15 million people suffering from stroke. Based on Riskesdas 2013 stroke prevalence number has reach up to 7 per 1000 people in the population. Therefore it is very important for stroke diagnosis to be done as quick and precise as possible, to enable immediate care and patient handling. A number of methods have been announced to help diagnose stroke quickly based on the symptoms and two of which are Gadjah Mada Stroke Algorithm and Siriraj Stroke Score.

Objectives. The aim of this study is to determine the correlation between Gadjah Mada Stroke Algorithm and Siriraj Stroke Score with the result of CT-Scan in doing stroke diagnosis on patient of Atma Jaya hospital in 2013
.
Methodology. An analytical, descriptive study with cross sectional design. Respondents were 43 medical records of stroke patient who are already diagnosed and have gone through CT-Scan.

Results. The result shows that there is a significant correlation between Gadjah Mada Stroke Algorithm and Siriraj Stroke Score with the result of CT-Scan.

Conclusions. There is a significant correlation between Gadjah Mada Stroke Algorithm and Siriraj Stroke Score with the result of CT-Scan in diagnosing stroke patients in Atma Jaya hospital in 2013. However a further study and research has to be done for these two methods to be used as a basis in doing medical treatment. The sensitivity and specificity of ASGM was 75% and 86.7% respectively for cerebral infarct and 86.7% and 75% respectively for cerebral haemorrhage. The sensitivity and specificity of SSS was 85.7% and 93.3% respectively for cerebral infarct and 93.% and 85.7% respectively for cerebral haemorrhage.
